1. Greenland Bases

The Vision before 2021 was to develop a full scale plan to build a base for people who would join the creative community, living and working together in a natural surrounding, be it a Creative City one day.

2. Definition and Parameters

After a lot work and dedication our devestrategy turned out to be correct, as we reached the year 2023 and had to do the final administrative steps, e.g. construction permit, contractual things and other details which would be necessary for building up such concept. The idea was to start in Colombia the prototype, to test it, to get new experience, then to expand. The mountain region with water access is key, we believe. The vital surrounding in nature provides farming options.

In May 2024 we opened the doors for PR and Marketing communications after we thought we are ready for the new people for our growing community. Today, we welcome people to Colombia to take a look at the options, the offers and then to make decisions to join our various programs, or to combine in with a stay at our places.

The first architectural drafts for house types was done 2021/2023 and it developed into beautiful and unique housing offer.

The other locations of the Greenland Project - Bases for living are in their development phases and will be soon going into operation. The bases are developing currently in:

Ojai, California, USA, and Allgäu, South Germany.
South Tirol, Italy and Cape Town, South Africa follow up 2024/2025.

5. Administration/ Emigration-Costs.

If you decide to join us, then there are also optional longer duration stays. We offer you to help to go through this admin process.

For Colombia, our prototype, you have as a non-resident several options regarding permit for work and stay. A 90-day tourist stay is basically for everyone. Everything which exceed the 90-days please contact us and we help you with the administrative process, e.g. the 1 year stay, or digital nomad visa, or education stay visa, work permit, the Colombian permit (“Cedula”) and also bank account options.
